Introduction
The privacy of your data, and that of your customers; is crucial to us. The Keyify Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") outlines our practices in relation to how we collect, share and generally process information relating to individuals; and to further elaborate on your rights and choices regarding how we manage this personal data.
In this Privacy Policy, any reference to "Keyify", "we", "our" or "us" explicitly relates to Keyify, and any mentioned affiliates involved in the relevant processing activity.
Information we collect
We adhere to a policy of collecting the least amount of data possible to operate our service.
Information we may collect includes the following:
- Information relating to contact details and professional information via a number of channels (such as in-person or through our website when signing up).
- Information relating to signing up for a Keyify account, such as name, email, phone number, address, billing information, business information, credentials and any other information you may provide to us in the course of this.
- Information relating to credentials used to sign in via our identity platform (e.g. username and hashed password, social connectors, etc).
How we use your information
- Provide, operate and maintain our website.
- Improve, personalize and expand our website.
- Understand and analyse how you use our website.
- Develop new products, services, features, and functionality.
- Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes (with consent).
- To provide an authentication service, either directly for ourselves or through one of our customers that you have signed up with.
- Detect and fight fraud.
Log files
We utilise a self-hosted instance of Plausible for analytics, which doesn't use cookies and is compliant with GDPR, CCPA and PECR.
In addition, we use a self-hosted version of SigNoz to manage traces and metrics.
International data transfers
Your personal data may be collected, transferred to, processed and stored in one a number of locations; depending on the region selected at the time of signing up.
We follow all relevant laws in the countries that we operate in, and hold GDPR as a standard for all data processed by us as an organisation.
CCPA Privacy Rights
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
- Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
- Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
- Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

GDPR
- The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
- The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete the information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Children's information
Part of our priority is to add protection for children whilst using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and / or monitor and guide their online activity.
Keyify does not knowingly collect information or personal data from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal data to us without your consent; please contact us so that we can investigate.
